Ben Simon

Ben Simon is an experienced network engineer who has worked in various roles at different organizations. Ben has a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Towson University. Ben has worked as an intern at NIH and SNR Systems, gaining hands-on experience in network installations and evaluations. At SNR Systems, Ben worked as a Network Engineer, configuring and installing systems at multiple locations. Currently, at OTAVA®, Ben serves as a Senior Network Administrator and Networking Team Lead, providing Tier 2 support for networking issues across multiple worldwide datacenters. Their expertise includes working with various networking technologies such as TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VPN, WAN, LAN, WLAN, and VLAN.
