The Finance team at Otay Water District oversees the management and allocation of financial resources to ensure the efficient and effective operation of water, recycled water, and sewer services. They handle budgeting, financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, and long-term financial planning, ensuring the District remains on a sound financial footing and that each end user pays a fair share for the services provided. The team also works to maintain revenue neutrality and supports strategic decision-making to sustain and improve district operations.
