Sarah Sisneros

Sarah Sisneros currently serves as the VP of HR for OTB NA, a position held since July 2024. Previously, Sarah occupied the role of Director, HR Business Partner overseeing the USA, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil at Fendi from December 2018 to July 2024. Prior experience includes Head of HR at Reiss, where responsibilities spanned the USA and Canada from November 2015 to November 2018, and Manager of Human Resources at alice + olivia from April 2014 to November 2015. Early career roles include Store Manager of Human Resources at Calypso St. Barth and GUESS?, Inc. Sarah's educational background includes a Bachelor's in Human Services from the University of Phoenix, an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Thomas Nelson Community College, and completion of the SHRM certification program in Human Resources Management at Pace University.
