Zahi Seif is an experienced professional in civil engineering with a background in project management and design. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Design Engineer at OTCE since September 2015, Zahi has developed expertise in overseeing engineering projects from conception to execution. Prior experience includes a role as Site Engineer at Khatib & Alami for a brief period in July 2014 to August 2014. Zahi holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Saint Joseph University of Beirut, acquired between September 2010 and June 2015.
