Linda Neff

Linda Neff has extensive work experience in customer success and professional services roles. Linda is currently working as the SVP of Customer Success and Professional Services at MDO. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Professional Services at Vena Solutions from 2019 to 2023. Before Vena Solutions, they served as the Vice President of Customer Success at EdCast from 2018 to 2019. Linda has also held various leadership positions at Jive Software and IBM, where they led teams and managed business development, customer success initiatives, and partnerships. Linda has experience in managing budgets, developing new offerings, and improving project profitability. Additionally, Linda worked as a Project Manager and Management Consultant at Price Waterhouse.

Linda Neff has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from California State University - East Bay.
