Brett Henderson

Brett Henderson's work experience includes serving as a Senior Director of Real Estate Finance at Otera Capital since April 2022. Prior to that, they were Vice President of Real Estate Debt Investments at QuadReal Property Group from March 2021 to April 2022. From February 2020 to March 2021, they held the position of Vice President of Global Debt Investments at Timbercreek, and from November 2017 to February 2020, they were an Associate Director of Origination - U.S. at the same company. Brett also worked as a Senior Associate of Origination at Timbercreek from November 2014 to November 2017. Before joining Timbercreek, they worked at NewPoint Capital Partners Inc. as an Investment Banking Associate from March 2014 to November 2014, and as an Investment Banking Analyst from May 2012 to March 2014. Brett's earliest work experience was as a Wealth Services Analyst at BMO Harris Private Banking from May 2011 to September 2011.

Brett Henderson attended Queen's University from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a BComm (Honours) degree in Finance. In 2010, they participated in an exchange program at Singapore Management University, focusing on Finance. Prior to their university education, Brett attended University of Toronto Schools from 2002 to 2008.

In terms of additional certifications, Brett obtained the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) certification from the CAIA Association in April 2016. Brett also completed the Canadian Securities Course from the Canadian Securities Institute (CSI) in June 2013.
