Frederic Bonnet

Frederic Bonnet is currently the Directeur de site at Oterra and has extensive expertise in the dairy and biscuit sectors. They have previously worked as a Responsable industriel at GELDELIS, managing a site with 60 to 80 employees, and successfully achieving IFS BRC certification. Frederic has held various engineering and managerial roles across different companies, including Lactalis and MiXscience, where they focused on production management, quality assurance, and budget oversight. They obtained a Maitrise in Sciences et techniques from Université Paris-Est Créteil and an engineering degree in Génie industriel alimentaire from AgroParisTech.
