Otesaga Resort Hotel
Andrew Sweet currently serves as the Food and Beverage Manager at Otesaga Resort Hotel since July 2023 and has been the General Manager at The Depot restaurant since August 2021. Previous experience includes the role of District Manager at Jersey Mike's Subs from February 2019 to August 2021, and Director of Dining Services at Compass Group North America between August 2015 and February 2019. Earlier positions at Compass Group involved serving as Unit Manager and participating in a management training program. Andrew Sweet also worked as a grill cook at Raytheon's Air Defense facility, where responsibilities included feeding 500 employees alongside one other cook. Andrew Sweet earned a Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management from Johnson and Wales University between 2005 and 2009.
