Arnie Levy has extensive experience in retail management and customer service, currently serving as a Reservations Specialist at Otesaga Resort Hotel since January 2016. Prior to this role, Arnie was a Showroom Manager at Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattresses and a Retail Store Manager at AT&T Mobility, where operational leadership was a key responsibility. Arnie's career also includes a significant tenure as General Manager at Drogen's Home Furnishings, overseeing hiring, training, product purchasing, and marketing efforts. Arnie was the owner and principal trainer at The Art of Retail, where training programs were developed, including a management tool called "Management on 5 Minutes a Day." Additional experience includes serving as Sales Manager for Hallmark Rental and Sounds Great Inc. Arnie studied at SUNY Schenectady County Community College from 1969 to 1971.
