Joshua G. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joshua began their career in 2010 as the Founder & General Manager of Goforth Collectibles, a company they managed for five years. In 2013, they worked as an Investment Research Analyst at Blueprint Wealth Advisors, LLC for a year before moving on to Spire Hospitality. At Spire Hospitality, they held multiple roles including Financial Analyst, Senior Financial Analyst, and Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis from 2014 to 2020. Most recently, they joined OTH Hotels Resorts in 2020 as a Financial Analyst and was later promoted to Director of Financial Planning and Analysis in December 2022.

Joshua G. received their Bachelor's degree in Finance and International Business with a minor in Spanish from Elmhurst University in 2013. In 2017, they obtained a CHIA certification from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute.
