Timm Taff

Timm Taff has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Timm is currently the Director of Safety and Health Services at Othello School District since February 2022. Prior to that, they were a Co-Owner at Conversatio Coffee Roasters since December 2016. Before their entrepreneurial venture, Timm served as the Environmental Health Director at Adams County Health Department from July 2015 to May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an Executive Pastor at Church of the Nazarene from August 2007 to June 2015. Timm's earlier work experience includes being an Area Director at Young Life from May 2001 to July 2007.

Timm Taff holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Organizational Leadership, which they obtained from Gonzaga University between 2003 and 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Student Counseling and Personnel Services from Corban University, graduating between 1983 and 1987.
