We can’t know what we don’t know.

Another mind trained to reflect with us can enable us to gain insight, make progress, change direction, become unstuck. Having someone in the room who is curious about us can help us be curious about ourselves. Someone who cares about our feelings can allow our feelings to become important and worth feeling, instead of wrong or forbidden.

We are here for you: to care, to be curious, to reflect, and to listen differently.

We are committed to being neuro-inclusive and neurodiversity-affirming, because all brains deserve respect. Unfortunately, not all brains have been appreciated. We exist purposefully to create a welcoming and therapeutic space where we can name and discuss differences without seeing people or their neurologies as problems to be solved.

We work toward a better understanding of both self and other to create a richer and more meaningful human experience. Our vision is for everyone to become other wise.

We work with individuals, couples, thruples, polycules, families, and other dyads such as workplace partners, parent and child (including adult children), and friends. We are all-inclusive. We welcome and celebrate diverse neuro-identities (whether formally diagnosed, self-identified, curious or contentious), LGBTQUIAA+. We are client-led in terms of all the ways you identify—including gender, race, culture, spiritual beliefs, and whatever makes you you.
