Sayyid Markar

Sayyid Markar has had a long and varied career. Sayyid began their professional life in 2008 as a Manager at Deloitte, and rose to the position of Senior twice over the course of their six-year tenure. In 2014, they joined Birchbox's Finance Team, and in 2015 they were an MBA Intern at Fortress Investment Group. In 2016, they became the Chief of Staff and Head of Finance at Dia&Co, and in 2017 they co-founded Otherland, where they currently serve as the COO.

Sayyid Markar attended Lower Merion, University of Notre Dame, and Columbia Business School. Sayyid earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Columbia Business School between 2014 and 2016.
