Emily Bent

Emily Bent is the co-founder and Director of Brand and Digital Experience at Othership, a role they have held since 2019. Previously, they served as a Clinical Dietitian at Trillium Health Partners from 2017 to 2018 and worked as a Content Marketing Manager and Registered Dietitian at HealthOne between 2018 and 2020. Emily also contributed as a Nutrition Expert at Alive Studios from 2014 to 2017, conducting research and creating educational content on natural health products. They earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Applied Human Nutrition from the University of Guelph and a Master’s Degree in Nutrition Communication from Ryerson University. Emily is also a Certified Nutritional Practitioner, having studied Holistic Health and Nutrition at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition.
