Joel Schramm, P.E. has extensive work experience in the field of engineering. Joel has worked at various companies and held positions such as Director of Engineering at OTHON, Inc., Regional Transportation Manager at Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc., Vice President at Binkley & Barfield, Inc., and Vice President at Huitt-Zollars, Inc. Joel has also served as an Associate Vice President at Turner Collie and Braden, Inc. and as a Project Engineer at TxDOT. Throughout their career, Joel has managed and overseen transportation projects, including program management, project management, preliminary engineering, and construction management. Joel'sexpertise ranges from initial needs assessment to final construction management, operation, and administration. Joel has successfully led transportation programs and tollway design projects in Texas.
Joel Schramm, P.E. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin (1982-1986). Joel also earned a Masters of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Houston (1991-1993).
