Buffy Lamm

Buffy Lamm currently serves as the Managing Director at OTHR Management Company (OMC), a position held since January 2023, where the focus is on investing in professional development and community growth. Prior to this role, Buffy was with Saks Fifth Avenue for nearly a decade, taking on the positions of Director of People Solutions/Benefits and Regional Human Resources Director. Buffy's extensive experience in retail management began at Target, where responsibilities included leading turnaround projects as Store Team Leader and serving as Executive Team Leader from January 2001 to May 2013. Buffy holds a Bachelor of Art degree in Communication from the University of Oklahoma, earned between 1996 and 2000.
