Frédéric Dumas

Frédéric Dumas has a diverse work experience in various industries. Frédéric started their career as the President of Galas at Union des Eleves d'Arts et Métiers ParisTech, where they organized four galas. Frédéric then founded a startup called LE PAPILLONNEUR, specializing in textile products. Following that, they worked as the Head of Logistics at TAG Heuer, overseeing the logistics and stock management of components, finished products, and after-sales services. Frédéric also worked at CHANEL as the Responsible Quality, responsible for product compliance and managing the final control workshop. Additionally, they were the Responsible for Customer Service and oversaw the global supply chain for after-sales services. Frédéric also worked as a lecturer on horology at ISG Luxury Management, teaching various aspects of the industry to master's students. Frédéric'smost recent role was at Oticon Medical, where they served as the Head of Quality, ensuring product conformity through quality control and managing the non-conformity process in production activities.

Frédéric Dumas attended Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a degree in Ingénieur Arts et Métiers in the field of Ingénieur généraliste. In 2016, they pursued a short-term continuing education program at CIFOM La Chaux-de-Fonds, specializing in Management and team management (CEFNA - formation continue).
