Heidi Croft has a diverse background in business enablement and analytics, currently serving as a Business Enablement Capability Owner at OTIP since October 2017, following roles as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, Senior Operational Excellence Analyst, Data Specialist, Premium Administration Coordinator, and in Benefit Services. Prior to OTIP, Heidi gained extensive experience at Citi from April 2001 to April 2016, working as a Data and Reporting Analyst, Operations Analyst, and Operations Support. Heidi studied coursework towards a Bachelor's in Engineering at the University of Arizona and has further education from the University of Phoenix.
