Birgit Magnin

Birgit Magnin is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Notably, Birgit served as Senior Director of Human Resources for Western Europe at Otis Elevator Co. from September 2020 to May 2024, and held several significant positions within the company, including Director of People & Culture for EMEA and Director of Talent Development & Inclusion for North Central Europe. Prior to this, Birgit was the Head of Human Resources at SPITEX BERN and worked as Senior Manager of Human Resources at Touring Club Suisse. Birgit's career also includes experience as a Training & Development Consultant at the Management Development Institute and as an independent Business Trainer, Coach, and Lecturer since 2003. Birgit holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Human Resources Management from the University of Geneva and a Master's degree in Economics, French, and Spanish from the University of Vienna.
