Charlene DEBUY

Charlene Debuy is the EMEA Subcontracting Category Leader at Otis Elevator Co., where they manage subcontractor strategies and governance across the region. With over a decade of experience in procurement and sourcing, they previously led subcontractor sourcing and governance in the APAC region for Otis. Charlene has also held roles at companies including Tamura-Europe Ltd, Essilor, Philips, Volvo Group, and Alstom Transport, demonstrating expertise in strategic sourcing and supplier management. They earned a Master’s degree in Management des Achats from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
