Christy Vanek is a Global Accessibility Leader at Otis Elevator, where they focus on enhancing mobility as a human right. They previously held various roles, including Senior Manager of Global Inclusion & Belonging, where Christy executed global programs aimed at fostering inclusive practices. Christy’s early experience includes internships with Entre-SLAM and the Center for Positive Organizations, where they developed leadership skills and engaged in research focused on organizational development. They hold dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan, alongside a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.
