Coulette Lioce is a seasoned IT professional and leader with extensive experience in strategic planning and organizational transformation. Currently serving as the Sr Director, Chief of Staff in the Office of the CIO at Otis Elevator Co. since July 2015, Coulette plays a critical role in coordinating communications, aligning stakeholders, and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
