Dale Silk

Dale Silk is currently a FOD Training and Technical support at Otis Elevator Co., where they focus on training, quality, management, and field support within the company. Dale has progressed through a competitive industry since starting as an apprentice, gaining extensive experience in electro-mechanical fault finding and management systems analysis. Previously, they held roles such as Escalator Division Manager and Field Support Technician, managing significant contracts and driving modernization projects. Dale also worked as a Technical Support Specialist at thyssenkrupp and as a Technical Trainer at KONE Corporation, where they trained engineers on escalator technology.
