Kiyoung (Kay) Chang has extensive experience in the elevator industry, starting with international sales and marketing roles at LG Industrial Systems and progressing to various leadership positions at Otis Elevator Company. From 2000 to 2003, Kiyoung served as Assistant Manager, focusing on markets in Bangladesh, Pakistan, India, and Sri Lanka, and later took on roles that included Country Lead of Service Transformation and Managing Director of Sigma Elevator Thailand. Kiyoung has also held the position of CEO at GS Elevator Co. Ltd. and currently serves as Head of Service at Otis Elevator Co. since November 2025. Kiyoung holds a Bachelor's degree in Electric Engineering from Yonsei University, graduated in 1994.
