Nikki Moore

Nikki Moore has extensive experience in engineering and innovation management, currently serving as Senior Manager of the Global Innovation Portfolio at Otis Elevator Co. since August 2016, with previous roles including Manager, Chief of Staff for SVP Engineering, and various engineering positions. Prior to Otis, Nikki gained experience through internships at 3M, medicrea, and BD, and contributed to research as an Undergraduate Researcher at Cornell University, receiving a grant from the Semiconductor Research Corporation with support from the Intel Foundation. Educational credentials include an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University, a Professional Education Certificate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in tribology, and a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science & Engineering from Cornell University, complemented by a business minor.
