Ravishankar N is a seasoned engineering and operations leader with extensive experience in the elevator, energy, and transportation sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director and Site Leader at Otis Elevator Co. since March 2015, Ravishankar has successfully established design centers in Bengaluru, focusing on technology transfer and quality management. Prior experience includes a role as Engineering Manager at GE Power, where recognition came in the form of the GE India Technology Award for contributions to the wind turbine sector in APAC. Additionally, Ravishankar has held engineering and management positions at GE Transportation and Kirloskar Electric Co. Ltd., optimizing product development and project management across various projects. An alumnus of the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, with a Master's in Software Systems, Ravishankar has consistently advanced engineering practices while fostering talent and team development throughout a distinguished career.
