Ray Hernandez

Ray Hernandez currently serves as Vice President of Communications Strategy & Operations at Otis Elevator Co., a position held since December 2019, after progressing through various roles including Director of Communications for the Americas Region and Director of Public Relations & Government Affairs. Prior to joining Otis, Ray spent over 14 years at Pratt & Whitney, where responsibilities included Director of Digital Communications and Manager of External Communications. Earlier experience includes working as a Studio Production Researcher at ESPN. Ray holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Quinnipiac University and a Master of Science in Organizational Communications from Central Connecticut State University, in addition to completing the Emerging Leaders Program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
