Russ Kadziolka

Russ Kadziolka is an accomplished senior director with extensive experience in digital technology and business intelligence across various industries. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Digital Technology Internal Audit at Otis Elevator Co. since May 2016, Russ oversees large IT projects, ERP implementations, and has a proven track record in managing digital PMOs and data analytics initiatives. Previous roles include Director of Digital Technology and PMO Lead, where management of ERP and BI deployments to over 100 countries was central. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Program Manager for Business Intelligence at United Technologies and managing global eLogistics at Otis Elevator Co. Early career positions covered SAP Project Management at Carrier Corporation and ERP Project Management at Pratt & Whitney. Russ holds an MBA in Marketing from Clarkson University and a BS in Economics and Management Science from the State University of New York Cortland.
