Ken Wagner

Ken Wagner serves as the Chief Operating Officer at AnLar since November 2020, focusing on maintaining the company's core values while leveraging expertise in policy, strategy, operations, and technology. Wagner is also currently the Chief Operating Officer at Otis Educational Systems, Inc. and acts as a Strategic Advisor at kmkwagner Advisory, providing leadership and growth services to senior executives across various sectors. Previously, Wagner held senior advisory roles with the National Council on Teacher Quality and Brown University's Annenberg Institute, and garnered extensive experience as the Commissioner of Elementary and Secondary Education for the Rhode Island Department of Education, where significant initiatives in educational services and communication strategies were overseen. A former Senior Deputy Commissioner for the New York State Education Department, Wagner has a comprehensive background in curriculum development, assessment systems, and data management. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Clinical/School Psychology and a B.A. in Psychology/Philosophy, both from Hofstra University.
