Omar Yaghmour

Omar Yaghmour has extensive work experience in the fields of technology, e-commerce, and customer care. Omar is currently serving as the COO of OTO, a shipping management software company that provides various solutions to retailers and e-commerce businesses. Prior to this role, Omar held the position of Chief Growth Officer at Bosta from July 2021 to July 2022.

Omar's career began in 2008 at Zain Jordan, where they worked as the Customer Care Head until October 2011. In 2012, they joined MarkaVIP as an Executive Manager for a short period of time. Omar then co-founded fetchr in 2012 and served as both the Co-founder & Managing Director from September 2012 to September 2015, and the Co-founder & Chief Operating Officer from September 2015 to April 2020.
