About
The Product Team at OTO, consisting of two Product Managers and a Group Product Manager, is responsible for overseeing the development and enhancement of OTO's multi-carrier shipping gateway. They work on defining product roadmaps, gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, and ensuring seamless integration with ecommerce stores and omni-channel retailers to optimize the shipping process and user experience.
