Forrest Herman

Forrest Herman is a Software Engineer with extensive experience in mobile app development and customer experience, currently employed at OtO Inc. since January 2023. At OtO Inc., Forrest developed core app features for iOS and Android using React Native, and designed logic-flows to enhance data handling with Firestore and BigQuery. Previously, at MAC Formula Electric, Forrest led a dashboard team, developing C code for vehicle systems, while also successfully mentoring engineering students. Additional experience includes contributions to Preteckt's API improvements and web application development at Atomic Inc. Forrest is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering & Society from McMaster University, with a track record of leadership in various engineering projects and teaching roles.
