Sarah Van Norden

Sarah Van Norden is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in managing fulfillment processes and optimizing logistics across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Operations Manager at OtO Inc. since February 2021, Sarah implements and oversees cross-border distribution and enhances internal office and warehouse operations. Previously, as Ecommerce Manager at The Spanish Store, Sarah successfully rebuilt and relaunched the online store, significantly boosting sales and customer order fulfillment. From July 2016 to February 2021, Sarah held the role of Operations Manager at CanDisPro Corporation, coordinating order logistics and verifying inventory. Sarah's career began as an Administrative Assistant at Innovative Civil Constructors Inc., where organizational skills were honed. Sarah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Honours Biology from Wilfrid Laurier University, attained in 2016.
