Daniel Crangle, CRME, CHIA holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior from the University of the Pacific, along with a minor in Business Management. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA) from the American Hotel & Lodging Association and as a Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME) from HSMAI.
