Captain Fahim Ahad (Retd) currently serves as the Assistant General Manager at OTOBI Limited since October 2022. Previously, Captain Fahim held the position of Assistant General Manager - Administration at Hasan Rubber Industries (Pvt.) Ltd. from December 2021 to January 2023. Captain Fahim has also worked as Administration Manager at both Navana Engineering Ltd. and Navana Furniture Limited from November 2018 to December 2021, as well as at Padma Group of Converters (Padma Paper Mills) from September 2017 to October 2018. Prior to these roles, Captain Fahim served as Security Manager at DIRD Group for one year and spent nearly a decade in the Bangladesh Army, retiring as a Captain in 2016. Currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resources Management at United International University, Captain Fahim also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from National University, having completed studies between 2005 and 2007, and received foundational education at Jhenidah Cadet College from 1999 to 2005.
