Bella Herisna Claudia has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. In 2017, they worked as part of the Tour Operation Management Team 1 at PT. Panorama Sentra Wisata, Tbk. From December 2019 to August 2020, they served as an Operation Tour Manager at PT. Travity Mitra Sukses, where they managed and oversaw individual and group tours and developed customer service and relations with Agent Tour Inbound and Outbound. Currently, Bella is employed at Otoklix, where they started as a Customer Service Advisor from January 2021 to June 2022 and has since been promoted to the role of Spv/Sr.Associate Customer Care, starting from June 2022.

Bella Herisna Claudia obtained an Associate's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from the State University of Jakarta (Universitas Negeri Jakarta) between the years 2013 and 2017.
