Rinthia Mahardita Istifharin, S.E. has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Rinthia recently joined Otoklix in 2022 as a B2B Revenue specialist. Prior to that, they worked at PT. Insekta Fokustama from 2018 to 2022, where they held the role of Client Relationship Manager/Renewal Contract. In this role, they were responsible for following up and closing renewal contracts, serving as the primary contact for VVIP clients, and conducting monthly meetings. In 2022, Rinthia pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Marketing Communication Management at LSPR Communication and Business Institute, completing their studies in 2023.

They attended the Workshop on Writing For Reputable Journals at LSPR Communication and Business Institute in May 2023 and the Trend Artificial Intelligence dan Penelitian Ilmu Komunikasi workshop at Telkom University in March 2023.

Rinthia also obtained the Intro to Digital Marketing certification from RevoU in August 2022 and completed a Short Course in Social And Online Media Strategies at LSPR Communication and Business Institute in June 2022.

Their certifications include Intellectual Capital & Sustainable Strategy from Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia in July 2021, Fraud dan Kejahatan Pajak IAI Jawa Tengah, ADAI DPW from Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia in June 2021, and Certified ACCURATE Professional (CAP) from Accurate Indonesia in April 2021.

They participated in Enterpreneur Festival XIII at Universitas Mercu Buana in December 2020 and completed the Komputerasi Akuntansi course at the same university in August 2020.

Rinthia also attended the Strategy to Remain Creative, Innovative & Productive, During Covid-19 Pandemic and New Normal seminar at Universitas Mercu Buana in July 2020 and obtained the TOEIC certification from the university in January 2019.
