Wakhidatul Mubarokah's work experience includes roles at Otoklix as an Associative Customer Operations Specialist starting in March 2022, at BNI Life as a Bancassurance Specialist from January 2021 to September 2021, at Badan Pusat Statistik as a Data Entry Specialist from September 2020 to December 2020, and at Tokopedia as a Customer Care representative from March 2019 to July 2020.

Wakhidatul Mubarokah pursued their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in International Law and Legal Studies from Universitas Islam Sultan Agung Semarang. Wakhidatul attended the university from 2014 to 2018.
