Alka Pal

Alka Pal has a comprehensive work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Alka started their career as a Human Resources Trainee at Teachnook in 2022, where they were responsible for onboarding selected candidates, maintaining recruitment documents, conducting feedbacks, and contacting college TPOs for recruitment drives. In 2022, Alka joined Skill-Lync as a Talent Acquisition professional, where they participated in job fairs, conducted screenings and interviews, and worked on projects to improve hiring efficiency. Currently, they are working at Otomeyt as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, contributing to the development of a high-quality, future-ready workforce through AI/ML driven talent engineering.

Alka Pal completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing from CHANDIGARH UNIVERSITY. Alka attended from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a B.com (hons) degree in Marketing from Banaras Hindu University from 2018 to 2020. Alka's earlier education was at Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they attended from 2006 to 2017. Outside of their formal education, Alka has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Certification Prep: Professional in Human Resources (PHR)®, HR Recruiting Communication Strategies to Attract and Retain Top Talent, Human Resources: Pay Strategy, Strategic Human Resources, and Talent Management. Alka earned these certifications in May 2023.
