Phil Samuels

Phil Samuels is an insurance advisor at OTONOMI. Prior to their current position, Phil was the president and co-founder of The Amerisc Corp, where they provided insurance and risk management solutions for property and casualty, surety, and employee benefits needs. Before Amerisc, Phil was a senior casualty underwriter at Aetna Life & Casualty, where they specialized in writing and designing insurance programs for clients with severe liability exposures.

Phil Samuels has a BBA from the University of Miami Herbert Business School. Phil also has an Executive Leadership Program from The Wharton School. Lastly, they have a Leadership Development Program from the Thayer Leader Development Group at West Point.
