Han (Verstraete)

Han (Verstraete) has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Han is the Founder and CEO of Otonomos, a company that helps individuals and investors worldwide with company formation, funding, and governance using blockchain technology. Additionally, they founded and led OtoCo, a platform that facilitates native incorporation on blockchain and tokenization of shares.

Before their ventures in the blockchain industry, Han was the Owner of Starboard Group/Starboard Pte. Ltd. from 2005 to 2016. Han also founded and served as CEO of YachtPlus, a company focused on yacht ownership. Furthermore, Han played a key role in the European rollout of hourly access to the NetJets fleet as part of the founding team in Europe for Marquis Jet.

Prior to their entrepreneurial pursuits, Han worked as an Investment Manager at Goldman Sachs from 1995 to 2001.
