Dennis Carletta

Dennis Carletta currently serves as a Partner at O'Toole Scrivo, focusing on white collar criminal defense and internal investigations since July 2018. Prior to this, Dennis held the position of Assistant U.S. Attorney at the US Attorney's Office from August 2005 to July 2018, where responsibilities included investigating and prosecuting federal criminal law violations related to cyber intrusions, terrorism, and major fraud. Dennis also served in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps from 2001 to 2004 as a Captain, handling military courts-martial and providing legal counsel during combat operations. Earlier in the career, Dennis worked as an Assistant District Attorney for the Kings County District Attorney's Office, managing a significant caseload of felony and misdemeanor cases. Educational qualifications include a BA in Political Science from Binghamton University and a JD from Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.
