Jia Zhang is an Associate at O'Toole Scrivo since September 2021, with prior experience as a Student Attorney at the Civil Litigation Clinic from January to May 2021. Jia's judicial internships also include time with Chief Justice Stuart Rabner at the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Jia Zhang earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2021 and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History from Rutgers University in 2017, along with earlier experience as a Paralegal at The Law Office of Harold J. Gerr.
