Michael H. Robertson

Michael H. Robertson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in criminal defense and prosecution. Currently serving as a Partner at O'Toole Scrivo since February 2022, Robertson specializes in white-collar criminal defense, grand jury matters, internal investigations, crisis management, and regulatory compliance. Prior to this role, Robertson held various positions, including Partner at the Somerset County Prosecutor's Office and Prosecutor at the U.S. Attorney's Office, where responsibilities included managing cases within the Health Care and Government Fraud Unit, Organized Crime/Gangs Unit, and Violent Crimes Unit.
