Nicholas Prainito

Nicholas Prainito is an Associate at O'Toole Scrivo, LLC since September 2023, following a position as a Law Clerk for New Jersey Courts from August 2022 to September 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Law Clerk at McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. in early 2021 and a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge Pedro J. Jimenez at the NJ Superior Court, Middlesex County Courthouse during the summer of 2020. Nicholas also held the role of Intramural Supervisor at University Recreation and Wellness from August 2017 to May 2019. Nicholas earned a Doctor of Law (JD) at Seton Hall University School of Law between 2019 and 2022 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in American Government and Politics from the University of Maryland, completed in 2019.
