Steven A. Weiner

Steven A. Weiner has extensive experience in construction, environmental, and complex litigation, currently serving as a Partner at O'Toole Scrivo since January 2018. Prior to this role, Steven was a Partner at O'Toole Fernandez Weiner Van Lieu from 2008 to 2018, and at Picillo Caruso O'Toole, LLC, from 1995 to 2008, where responsibilities included managing environmental litigation. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Litigation for Home Insurance Company and Managing Attorney at Firemans Fund Insurance Company, overseeing tort litigation and managing a law firm. Steven began a legal career as a Partner at Budd Larner specializing in products liability and toxic torts, and as an Assistant County Prosecutor at the Office of the Passaic County Prosecutor, focusing on criminal prosecution. Steven holds a JD from Seton Hall University and a BA in Chemistry from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
