Bledar Shella, CFA has had an extensive and diverse work experience. Bledar began their career in 2000 at the Bank of Albania, where they held various roles, including Deputy Head of Supervision Department and Forex Reserve Management in the Monetary Operation Department. In 2008, they joined Societe Generale Albania, where they served as Chief Risk Officer, Deputy CEO, and later as CEO. Bledar worked there until 2019 when they became the CEO of OTP Bank Albania. In addition to their banking career, Bledar Shella has also been involved in academia, serving as a lecturer at the Universiteti Europian i Tiranes and the Universiteti i Tiranes. Currently, they are also the Chairman of the Board of Albanian Association of Banks. Bledar Shella's extensive experience in the banking industry and their leadership roles have contributed to their success in the field.

Bledar Shella, CFA, began their education journey in 1996 at the University of Tirana, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking. Bledar dedicated four years to their undergraduate studies, successfully completing their degree in 2000. Continuing their academic pursuits, they enrolled at the CFA Institute in 2003 to pursue a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. Dedicated to expanding their knowledge and expertise in the field, they dedicated two years to their studies, culminating in the completion of their CFA certification in 2005.
