Rovena Dollia Dubali

Rovena Dollia Dubali has extensive work experience in the banking sector, spanning over two decades. Rovena is currently working as the Head of Product Management at OTP Bank Albania since April 2019. Prior to this, they held the same position at Societe Generale Albania from June 2015 to April 2019.

Rovena also has experience at Tirana Bank, where they served as the Manager of the Retail Product Development Department in the Retail Banking Division from July 2013 to June 2015. Before that, they worked as an Assistant Manager in the same department from July 2010 to July 2013.

Rovena'searlier roles include Branch Manager at Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Albania from May 2008 to July 2010, and various customer service positions at American Bank of Albania, including Customer Service Manager from December 2007 to May 2008, Customer Service Assistant Manager from October 2000 to December 2007, and Customer Service Supervisor from April 2000 to October 2004.

Rovena started their career as a Back Office Coordinator at BKT in November 1995 and worked there until July 1997.

Rovena Dollia Dubali completed their education at the University of Tirana from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a University Degree in Economics.
