Mihaela Voicu

Mihaela Voicu has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Director of IT Solutions Delivery at OTP Bank Romania since November 2015, where responsibilities also include directing processes and project management and overseeing project management initiatives. Prior experience at Millennium Bank spanned from September 2007 to October 2015, during which Mihaela held several leadership roles, including Head of Operations, Head of Premises, and various positions focused on processes, cost control, and procurement. Mihaela holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Universitatea „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” din Iași, completed between 1997 and 2001, and pursued further education at the University of Bucharest from 2008 to 2009.
