Laura Alexandra Maftei

Laura Alexandra Maftei is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience, currently serving as a Senior Banking Analyst at OTP Bank since March 2021. Previously, Laura held the position of Head of the Budgeting and Planning Department at Alpha Bank Romania, where key responsibilities included staff training, creation and implementation of performance systems, target analysis, and strategic budgeting. Laura's early career included roles as a Retail Banking Officer and Consumer Loans Officer at Alpha Bank, as well as experience as a Financial Consultant at Interamerican Romania. Laura holds a Master's degree in Banking Systems’ Management and a Licentiate degree in Finance, Banks, Insurance, and Stock Exchanges from the Academia de Studii Economice din București, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences from “Ion Maiorescu“ National College.
